Ivory Frostyvale
Name: Ivory Frostcliff
Race: Human (as far as she knows)
Skills/Abilities: Herb Lore, Healing, Survival, Forest Lore, Plant/Animal Speak
Background: Ivory is the only child born to her parents. Her father is a hardworking man who provides well for his family, and doesn’t have the normal closed minded views of most people concerning females. He has taught Ivory both survival and forest lore. After all they live in a forest; she may as well know how to roam it safely. From her mother she learned herb lore and healing.
Since she was small, Ivory has always seen Pixies, Sprites, and other creatures of the Fae. Anytime she would talk about her adventures with such, her parents would exchange knowing, but concerned looks. They never belittled her stories or told her they were just a child’s fantasy, but they did drill into not to share such with others.
As she grew and hit puberty, Ivory discovered an ability to hear the forest. She suddenly understood every plant, tree, and animal she came across. At first it frightened her, but with her mother’s help and her Fae friends, she learned to control it. She can now find edible food or game even in the leanest of times.
Now Ivory has reached adulthood. She still has no clue that in truth she is part Fae from her mother. She thinks herself fully human with some odd, but special, gifts and skills.
