Elu
Name: Elu
Age: 19 White Colds
Height: 5’7”
Weight: 130 pounds
Info: Born to a superstitious people, the Celts, Elu had been left on a hill side as an infant. Found by a woman, she was taken in and raised as the woman’s daughter. The name Elu, that the woman gave her, means beautiful and fair. Growing up Elu eventually figured out how different she was from her mother. Her hair was a white blonde, while her mother’s was dark, almost black. Her eyes, a dark blue, while her mother’s were the colour of the earth. Her shin, pale no matter how long she was in the sun, while her mother’s was darkly tanned. It has been thought that Elu is of mixed parentage. Her mother obviously a Celt, and her father of some sort of Roman.
When Elu was about eight, she came in to find her mother working magic. When her mother started to faulter, Elu instinctively stepped in and bolstered her waning strength. So began her teachings into the Arts of a Druid. She had a natural talent for the training and enjoyed it very much.
Elu’s mother, already old when she found ELu, finally passed on to the next life about three years ago. Before she died, she told Elu about how she found her and took her in, but that though they weren’t blood, she was the daughter the woman had always wanted. Elu knows she’ll never be accepted by the people’s around her, and so when her mother passed, she packed up some things and left after burning the house she’d grown up in with her mother’s corpse still inside.
She traveled for a year, growing in her powers and abilities, alone and lonely. She came across a small glen with a lake within it. She managed to build a small house and decided to pause and rest for a short time. Two years later, she is still there, but thinking maybe it is time to move on.
